Emma has extensive management, program and project experience in both the Public and Private sectors, specifically with the Department of Defence and other major global companies. Her involvement has been extensive at both the operational and strategic levels of Commonwealth Procurement and Contracting for the Department of Defence and in the Private sector on major national projects, including major tender submissions, high level negotiations, business transformation projects, major mobilisations and operational assessments.
A results-driven professional with exceptional executional capability integrating project, program and portfolio management and problem solving skills to deliver business value and outcomes.
Emma has a Bachelor of Arts from Australian National University, a Master of Business from University of New South Wales and a Master of Project Management from University of New South Wales. She is also a Member Australian Institute of Project Management (MAIPM), a Qualified Member Australian Association of Procurement and Contract Management (QM-AAPCM), a Member Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and an Affiliate Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
